Pit Stop #1 After 2,500 Miles.

The first leg of The Next American Road Trip is complete. After more than 2,500 miles on the road, the AE.1 returns to our headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado for a full check-in before heading back out. Every road trip teaches us something, and before leg two begins, our service team gives the trailer a thorough inspection to make sure everything performed exactly as expected.

Senior Field Service Representative Chris and Lightship owner Bob Anderson sit down to talk about what ownership looks like beyond delivery. Chris shares how our hands-on approach to service, from remote diagnostics to on-site support, helps us stay closely connected with owners and continuously improve the product through their feedback.  Bob shares why he chose Lightship, what ownership has been like so far, his experience working directly with our service team and why the AE.1 has exceeded his expectations, including while towing with his hybrid Ford F-150.
